Appendix - Guidelines for Integrating Multiple UEMs

You can integrate Harmony Mobile with multiples UEMs (same vendor or different) with these guidelines:

1. If you have a UEM Unified Endpoint Management. An architecture and approach that controls different types of devices such as computers, smartphones and IoT devices from a centralized command point. integrated and want to integrate the same UEM vendor again, for example Microsoft Intune, make sure that the domains or server addresses are unique for each integration instance.

2. Make sure that devices and users added in each integration instance are unique and do not overlap.
