To recover a Media Encryption & Port Protection password with Remote Help assistance from Harmony Endpoint:

Go to Asset Management > Organization > Computers.

Click and select Remote Help & Recovery > Media Encryption.
The Media Encryption Remote Help window opens.

Do these:

Select the user.

In the Challenge field, enter the challenge code that the user gives you. Users get the Challenge from the Endpoint client.

Click Generate Response.
Media Encryption & Port Protection authenticates the challenge code and generates a Response code..

Give the Response code to the user.

Make sure that the user can access the storage device successfully.
