CloudGuard Compatibility with NSX

CloudGuard is based on the VMware Network Extensibility (NetX) API, part of the NSX solution. CloudGuard supports NSX 6.2.4 and up.

Roles and Permissions

vCenter

All roles in the vCenter must have at least Read-Only permission.

NSX

You must define at least one NSX Administrator role to register and deploy the CloudGuard service in an NSX environment (CloudGuard Hypervisor mode).
