Recovery Package Settings

Recovery tool is used to recover all encrypted documents.

To recover encrypted files, you must download the recovery package and run the recovery tool.

To download the recovery package:

  1. Select Recovery Package from the navigation tree.

  2. Enter a new recovery key password.

  3. Re-enter the password to confirm.

  4. Click Download.

    The recovery package RecoveryPackage.ZIP is downloaded to your computer.
