Overview
The Zero Touch Allows users to manage the initial configurations of "Small Office" and "Gaia Gateways" easily and remotely. Settings from the Zero Touch Server replace the First Time Configuration Wizard. The Zero Touch Cloud Service runs a Web Portal and supports REST API. All actions are available through API calls. Cloud Service allows administrators to manage the initial configurations of hundreds or thousands of Quantum Security Gateways (supported starting from R80.20) and Quantum Spark Appliances (supported starting from R80.20.00) . You can configure Time Zones, administrator passwords, and network information.
Quantum Security Gateways administrators can save time with Gaia image installations on multiple remote Security Gateways with Gaia Fast Deployment images.
Zero Touch service contains information about users' Account IDs and their purchased Security Gateways. Check Point User Center provides the information to the Zero Touch Cloud Service.

Identify Security Gateways to deploy. |
The Zero Touch Inventory window shows Account IDs and their Security Gateways. The window has several ways to sort the Security Gateways on the list to help find and identify individual devices. |
Create Security Gateway templates. |
Security Gateway templates supply required settings for Security Gateway deployments. If a suitable template is not available for the Account ID from previous deployments, a new template is necessary. The option Under Construction prevents the download of a template from the Zero Touch Cloud Service until the settings are final. |
Claim Security Gateways. |
The Claim operation loads template configuration settings into Security Gateways. Claimed Security Gateways are eligible for deployment. |
Enable Security Gateways to fetch settings. |
When Security Gateways are ready for deployment with the final settings, the option Unmark as Under Construction allows and initiates the downloads to the Security Gateways. |
View deployment status and completion messages. |
Deployment Placing gateways into business operation with their chosen configurations. Redeployment is the return to factory default settings to deploy again. status messages show that the deployment is in progress and then complete. Detailed progress information is available for Quantum Security Gateways with the Deployment Progress option. |
