In the R82.00.X releases, this command is available starting from the R82.00.00 version.

Description

Configures an existing SNMP trap receiver.

set snmp traps receiver <receiver>

      version v2 [ community <community> ]

      version v3 [ user <user> ]

Parameters

community

Configures the SNMP v2 community name for the trap receiver.

A string that contains less than 257 characters, of this set:

  • a-z (lower-case letters)

  • A-Z (upper-case letters)

  • 0-9 (digits)

  • '.' (period)

  • '-' (minus)

  • '_' (underscore)

  • '@' (at)

receiver

Specifies the SNMP trap receiver.
