CE – Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive Compliance Statement

This product/s complies with the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility.

The equipment has been designed and tested to ensure that it does not emit electromagnetic disturbances and is not unduly affected by external electromagnetic interference, thereby ensuring that it performs as intended within its electromagnetic environment.

This device has been assessed to meet the essential requirements and other relevant provisions.

 

CE – Low Voltage Directive (LVD) Compliance Statement

This product/ complies with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits. The equipment has been designed and manufactured to ensure that it operates safely within its intended use and does not endanger the health or safety of persons, domestic animals, or property when properly installed, maintained, and used in applications for which it was intended.

This device also conforms to the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of applicable EU directives, including RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (and amendments, such as EU 2015/863).

 

FCC Statement – Part 15, Subpart B (Unintentional Radiators)

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.

This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Caution: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
