How to Locate My MAC Address

Your MAC Addreess is a series of 12 characters in one of the following formats: xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx / xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx There are two ways you can try and locate your device's MAC address:

If your Safe@/Edge device is not connected to your computer Your MAC address should be found on a sticker which is attached to the bottom part of your device

If your Safe@/Edge device is connected to your computer Please open a browser and enter the following URL "http://my.firewall/" You should receive the following screen Your MAC address should be found in the area marked in red
